For the love of bokeh-ry window shots..

First things first, I now have a twitter account where I post my new blog posts, Instagram and Flickr photos, so you can see them all in one place, if you wish to. Find that at Two Lights. I will most likely also be blabbering on there about all things photography, camera gear I'm drooling over and possibly sharing other photography tweets and so on.

And now for the bokeh windows, because they always make for a good shot. These were taken one morning at Pret A Manger.

So who's excited about the paralympics? I can't wait. I love this ad which plays on Channel 4. Watch it here: Channel 4 Paralympics - Meet the Superhumans.

There's always ways to cash in on huge events like this, if you're clever enough. Here's a guy who's making extra cash by painting all the flags of participating countries outside, on the ground, in front of the National Gallery. Foreigners who pass by, leave coins on the flag of their choice/country. and also have the option of drawing one themselves. Simple, but darn clever right?

We spotted the SA flag too... and of course we had to leave some coins on it when we left.

A peaceful morning at M&S café

Gorgeous, gorgeous light in this café, due to the floor to ceiling window. I love the combination of light and soothing colours of the décor... couldn't resist taking a few shots.

I love vintage doors and there are plenty in London. These were taken in Fournier and Princelet Streets and I'll most likely be going back to take some more shots.

Also, I think Eleven and A Half is a pretty good number for a door :) This particular door was featured in the countdown visual just before the opening ceremony of the olympics. It went by pretty fast, but I recognised it!
